At Herbert Concrete and Asphalt we are always looking for ways to better serve our clients. That’s why we came up with a Preventative Maintenance Program for property managers who oversee multiple properties. This program was created to save property managers time and money.
How does the Preventative Maintenance Program work?
Email or fax a list of the properties you own or manage.
Herbert Concrete and Asphalt will carefully observe the condition of the paving at your listed properties.
Once a month, an email will be sent to you describing the condition of the paving, along with photos of any potholes or failed areas. You will also receive suggestions and price estimates concerning your property.
This service is free of charge and there is no contract to be under.
Requirements
Must own or manage more than one commercial property.
Properties must be in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
